Bringing light to rural communities.

Over 150 million people in West Africa have no access to electricity. They spend their income on poor quality fuels like kerosene or candles - often living in darkness for days and travelling large distances just to access the electricity grid.
PEG enables these communities to generate their own power - bringing light and technology to their homes through solar energy.

Celebrated as one of Africa’s first ever B-Corp organisations, PEG has brought solar power to underserved and rural communities all over West Africa.

PEG needed a brand that matched their results.

PEG was growing fast, and so were their needs as a business - it was time for their brand to catch up.
Growing across Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Senegal, PEG was expanding their products and increasing the overall reach of the business - but in order to support their growth, they needed to grow their team, showcase their brand, and attract new investments - or their impact potential would never be achieved.

A path to PEG’s potential.

We were called in to build PEG’s website and showcase their brand to attract potential investors and employees.
PEG worked with us to achieve three things:
Demonstrate their credibility and impact.
Enhance their talent pipeline and attract potential team members.
Empower remote teams with resources and guidelines to grow the brand in each region.

Showcasing PEG’s journey of growth and impact in West Africa.

With partners such as Shell, OPIC, and USAID coming on board to support solar power and renewable energy in West Africa, PEG’s credibility was unmatched.
PEG had built a sustainable business model that consistently delivered on the value and the impact they set out to create - they needed to show potential investors everything they’ve achieved.

We put together a collection of customer stories, photos, and testimonials from the communities in which they worked, and set the stage by sharing PEG’s unique approach to energy access.

Community outreach, local employment, and customer engagement were all parts of what made the PEG business model such a success, and it took centre stage in all of their work.

Attracting the best talent from around the world.

PEG’s website played an important role in their recruitment. It needed to attract and engage potential employees and showcase PEG’s exceptional team culture.
With a robust mentorship programme, high team engagement, and lots of growth potential within the company, PEG’s investment in their team left a powerful impression on potential hires.

The website was not only an opportunity to showcase PEG’s impact on the community, but also PEG’s impact on their team - key qualities for attracting new talent.

Ensuring a consistent message.

With PEG’s rapid expansion, it was important that remote teams had clear guidelines and resources to keep the brand consistent as they grew into new regions.
We needed to equip teams to easily create brand content no matter where they were working from. This included basic brand stationery, brand guidelines, presentation templates, and other resources they could easily access and integrate into their marketing and meetings.

The brand guide helped remote teams bring the brand to life in each region, ensuring a consistent image across all of West Africa.
